The story of GLS363

We believe that Africa needs better leaders to make a sustainable difference in the problems it currently faces. To develop these leaders, Grovation i*know has partnered with the Global Leadership Network South Africa to develop a programme that inspires, encourages and equips better leaders in Africa. Grovation i*know is a subsidiary within the Grovation Group, a boutique management consulting firm, based in Cape Town, South Africa.

What is GLS363?

GLS363 is a digital e-learning leadership development programme. GLS363 allows you to create a personalised leadership development journey that aligns with your biggest leadership development needs. You will be supported with a success partner (qualified coach) to help you reflect, apply and improve what you have learned in your work environment. We have incorporated GLS talks from the last 10 years, the latest leadership podcasts or other world-class leadership resources as part of GLS363.

What is the focus of GLS363?

GLS363 focuses on making you a better leader, so that you can make a better impact. To achieve this, we have developed a leadership competency framework which provides the basis for defining the skills that will help you to achieve this.

What does the course include?

Annual Subscription:

  • 3 online leadership short courses (selected based on your development needs)
  • Each short course stretches over a period of 3 months during which you will not spend more than an hour per week on learning activities.
  • 5 sessions with your success partner during the year
  • Opportunity to connect with other GLS363 learners to share learnings, application examples and challenges online.
  • A GLS ticket for 2020!
  • A certificate of completion

3-month short course focusing on a single competency:

  • Online short course during which you will not spend more than an hour per week on learning activities.
  • 3 sessions with your success partner during the 3 months
  • Opportunity to connect with other GLS363 learners to share learnings, application examples and challenges online.
